I just read Threshold #1 (that makes 2 comics in 2 weeks for me... I'm on a role!) Anyway, the Larfleeze story is the only one I enjoyed, tbh.

Looking forward to see the new design for Orion in Wonder Woman. Early previews make it look like his old one, except like a motorcyclist's gear than tights.

Deathstroke, Demon Knights, and Threashold were all good this week.

The art for Katana is phenomenal. Hopefully the story is.

Not sure I like it.

Superman has some uber tech in his Fortress. I liked the prison that sends it's victims to a never ending series of pocket dimensions.

Yeah that Fortress is pretty damned dangerous. I liked Diana doing the Gandalf style.

Grant Morrison's last issue of Action was supposed to be #17. Instead it's going to be #18, apparently because he needed one more issue to finish his arc.

More Bleeding Cool on DC

No names lost, but just some on the internal stuff. Gail was offered Birds of Prey but declined due to not liking working with the editor in question (who was the Firestorm editor). Some of the revisions on Trinity War. That sort of thing.

DC has some good writers! They manage as is, but give them the right editorial team and I think they could really fly.

Sad to hear that, to be honest.

Editors are supposed to be quality control, to make sure the issue isn't doing anything it's not supposed to. For the last while it's felt like editors see themselves as story makers, which just annoys the **** out of me.

Aquaman and Orm looking really good.

That alternate cover is ugly.

Arthur is very impressive, though. Him tackling Diana and then taking that punch? Johns is really showing how tough the man is.

This issue has the potential to be one of the best "fight" issues of the year.

For Arthur definitely. In general, we'll see. We haven't seen Superman yet for some reason...
