So the Lobo we got introduced to before, was it a clone or not?

Don't think so. Supposedly, he has a cosmic force within himself and not even the Kollective can destroy him. The Kollective are beings of pure psychic energy who can destroy timelines on a whim.

Where did you read this?

I'm asking if that one was a clone because it seems like this is an attempt at completely re-introducing the character, at least that's what the solicit sounds like.

Wouldn't surprise me because Liefeld ****ed it up royally, and Deathstroke is a shit character to introduce Lobo opposite of.

This weeks issue of Stormwatch.

BTW, GA has also been awesome. Really intrigued about this new Outsiders. Hopefully it won't be a dud.

Nice to see him back. He was one of my favorites during Morrison's run.

Can't read the text. Even when I enlarge it.

I liked Action Comics #21.

Spoiler:
Am I right in assuming that this was Luthor and Superman's first real physical throwdown, presumably what lead him to being imprisoned when we last saw him in the H'el on Earth arc?

What happened?

Spoiler:
Luthor got into his battle suit and battled a weakened Superman (he couldn't even fly under his own power) and held the advantage until Superman hitched a hide from a drone thing and managed to fly from Earth's atmosphere into the Sun itself.

Fully vitalized, Superman returned to Earth and pawned Lex. All of Metropolis watched and weren't sure of what to make of it nor who should be arrested. But during the fight, Lois happened to overhear and get footage of Luthor admitting he created the Hybrid virus and while she lost her phone, Clark gave it back to her at the end of the story.

Timeline wise, it would make perfect sense if this story takes place before Superman and Wonder Woman became an item and also results in the first official incarceration of Lex Luthor.

Isn't Action Comics alternate Superman?

Some of them yes. One actually featured a black Superman who is also the President.

Mostly AC is past Superman. Or at least it was.

NuZauriel doesn't look nearly as... friendly, as oldZauriel.

Sounds ok. Here is a new design for Braniac for anyone who wants to see it.

One of the more interesting things in the issue was the fact that Superman

Spoiler:
flew through the sun for the first time and wasn't sure if he'd survive
.

Curious to see the result when he does such a thing without being weakened.
