The text is actually legible in this version. 👆

anyone else following batman eternal? it's pretty damn good, imo.

No collecting too many titles already. What is Batman Eternal anyway, is it an alternate timeline?

So it begins...

On the Sales of DC's ongoings-

Batman Eternal is, unsurprisingly, doing pretty well. Sales are high and look to be stabilizing.

Future's End, though... 8 issues in and it's at 44k and losing a thousand an issue. Ouch! For comparison to prior weekly series, Trinity hit that level 24 issues in.

Fanwise, the buzz on Eternal still seems positive. Anyone here read Future's End? I've heard of a character named 'Fifty Sue' who's apparently not getting the warmest reception.

Some issues are good and some issues are just OK. I like Fifty Sue. She reminds me of a Century Baby/Mutant.

Love the Emiko/Big Barda teamup.

Has DC ever done two weekly books before? I know they did bi-weekly (Brightest Day and Generation Lost, alternating), but it's showing they have a lot of trust in the format to do so.

Batman Eternal has been good from the first issue..

not really a surprise regarding Future's End though

Holy...Harley Quinn selling that well? Really?

yeah, it's been a top seller since the very first issue, iirc. don't understand why... i think the series is complete garbage, tbh. ermm

Batman Eternal has been very solid. 👆

you read batman eternal too, bada? excellent! i thought i was the only one. 👆

prior to this, i never really was an avid bat-fan by any stretch, but the series has been absolutely steller. in fact, it made me start consistently following some of the other bat-titles(of which are also excellent, btw.) anyway, highly recommend this to anyone with even a remote interest of the character. 👆
