I think Zeus or Odin could "rock" Galactus with atheir best hit. I could also "rock" a Lion if I hit it so hard I broke my fist on its face. It's what comes afterwards that I am afraid of.

lions are not happy to fight, if they feel they are in a potential to get hurt they will just run.
watch on the internet many fights if the lion gets hit he runs away.

If they have shitty durability then Umar can one shot them and then they wouldn't be able to overwhelm her. Thus their durability have to be such to withstand a skyfather's power.

Zeus is obviously beyond any herald, and is depicted as a peer to Odin - though granted Odin has more appearances and "bigger" feats. IIRC Zeus has no-sold hammer shots from Thor to the face, no-sold punches from Namor and shrugged off Hulks suckershot pretty comfortably. I fail to see how Gladiator is realistically even going to do damage unless Zeus is explicitly weakened or something.

That's crazy. Skyfather's aren't stronger or faster than high heralds by default. We prove things using feats, not speculation. Zeus is vastly slower than Glads. Glads has at least a couple of feats of strength that is beyond anything Zeus has ever showed. So Glads can definitely affect Zeus with no question.
It is not just about Strength, it is about the fact that Zeus is above Gladiator in durability by such a wide margin that Gladiator can not even harm him. And if Zeus did amp, Gladiator, The Hulk and Hercules would all find out the difference between High Herald/low trans and an angered, one of the top of his tier Skyfather. While Thor sits back and remembers all the times Odin casually whipped the shit out of him.
