we also have the "reasonable limits clause", Section 1, that states all rights are subject to limits that are "reasonable". So like, we don't have unlimited free speech here, because it is deemed reasonable to restrict hate speech or what have you

its a waste of time, as far as I'm concerned, I've never met a person who thought it was meaningful, unless they were politics professors from Quebec. I didn't learn french, and really don't want to because of it. imho, it actually makes people much less sympathetic towards Quebec's politics
