My preferred candidate is one who has stood for liberty all the days of his political career, the one who isn't bought and sold by special interests. But if I had to choose between the list of secondary- and tertiary-candidates? Palin/Bachmann would come first, Gingrich would come second, and Romney would come third.

But Bachmann and Palin are ****ing dumb, and I saw an interview where Bachmann openly opposed gay marriage. That's not exactly standing for liberty.

Though I disagree with your assessment of their character--I believe both are of average intelligence, perhaps slightly less intelligent than Obama himself; I believe they simply lack the refinement and Ivy League education of other political figures--my reasons for supporting them as candidates has little to do with their aptitude or political savvy. Rather, it has to do with the emotional impact it would have amongst the youthful progressives.

Well, one thing is sure: America established the hierarchy of humans in the US:

White Males > Black Males > White Females > Native Americans > Black Females > Latin Americans

All the rest of the races fall in there somewhere between white males and Latin Americans and is much more region specific. And, yes, I am being slightly facetious but there is truth to my comparison in things such as pay, perception, racism, sexism, etc.
