Gorgon isn't what i would call a "speedster" and he still kicked Wolverine's ass.

I'd like to point out his (Wolverine's) Blitz in Sex & Violence though.

You're right, he's actually better, because regular speedsters focus on running circles around the character like if it were better than sex, Gorgon is all about combat speed and Deathstroke-esque reflexes 😛

When? Against fodder?

Yeah a "special unit" they shot him in the face maybe even the eye he was knocked out for a short momentthe car flipped over Domino crawled out of it and the squad wanted to take on her then suddenly all of them more or less fell apart, Wolverine wasn't shown on panel in this blitz.

Now that that you reminded me, something like this happened in the adjectiveless X-Force on-going, too. Same writer. The issue in which Warren loses control and Wolverine has to stab him with a single claw.

I thought he got shot in the forehead while in the car. That's one of a few problems I have with Yost, his Wolverine always goes down to bullets to the head. And is too reckless (not to say dumb).

Just to clarify; I know Living Laser is faster but are both Speed Demon and Gorgon faster combatants than Spitfire?

One of the best speed feats for Blade that I've been shown so far is him going toe to toe with Spitfire and managing to catch her off-guard for a blow during his stint with MI:13.

I know the ratings are generally crap, but Spitfire (and Vampires in general) are ranked a 3 in speed. Gorgon is ranked 4, Speed Demon is ranked 5 and Living Laser is ranked 6.

So does that make Wolverine's dodging of Living Laser and clocking of Speed Demon definitively better than Blade dodging and clocking Spitfire?

With my limited knowledge on Spit and Demon I can't really say. Gorgon is iffy 'cause like Parm said he's not what you'd call a normal speedster. He has considerable skill (that was greater than downgraded Logan's) and TP that works in a similar way to that of Mr X.

I think it was argued once that Spit was not going all out or something. Same with Blade.

Marvel Database says Speed Demon is able to run at speeds of at least 175 miles per hour. Spitfire in excess of the speed of sound (768 mph). LL - sublight speed. We can't rely on the ratings it seems.

Spit fire did hold back, she only move to disarm blade.

also Wolverine is not slower then blade.

Do you guys have any Wolverine speed feats that top this counter-example?

It's big, not mine and no clue how to thumbnail it.

Yes quite a few, this one for example (I think this feat is better)

But I don't even think that feat nearly as good as u might think. The after image is more to show he did a back flipp over the girl, then to show any type of speed.

No chance Spitfire wasn't going all out, especially since Blade already tried to kill her once (and would have succeeded too).

Also Spitfire is way faster than the average vampire.

Speed/Strength/Skill don't really decide this battle anyway, it's all about Logan's durability/healing in the straight fight.

people argued that this was just artistic depiction, I find it interesting that they have Blade doing the exact same thing in the anime. He moves so fast he leaves an illusion that he goas his opponents into attacking, then destroys his opponents from the back.

She had a crush on him, didn't she? I admit it was impressive showing for Blade though.

I do realize that.

They are his biggest assets, sure.

she clearly was not going all out, she even disarmed him, instead of kill him. She also was trying to show, she had control of her self. U are ver much delusional if u think she in any way shape or form was going all out.

true.

Logan as good if not better physically in every way and form. He also great deal more skilled.

I don't think u have watch many anime, ever single character does that for the most part, believe they had normal jublee doing such things.

That was after Blade saved her life and taught her how to use her powers. At that point Spitfire was seeing Blade for the first time since he staked him. So unless she likes it rough, she was pretty upset.

Not sure if this has been posted.

MCP V2 08: Wolverine cuts Cyclops' dagger in half without him noticing even though he is poised mere inches from his target.

post the scan, she clearly was not going all out.

I also like to point out, I do not disagree that Blade could be shown in comic to do the after image thing and it be legit, im saying that incident, was to show him back flipping, nothing more nothing less.

That's pretty f*cking uber if you ask me.

The flip is being argued more that Blade was fast enough to give the illusion that the attack had connected when it hadn't, not that he was doing an after image.

I mean, Wolverine has plenty of After image feats himself.

it not, if u logicly look at it. It was clearly made to show he was flipping. remove the after image and it be extremely difficult to understand what happen.

😂 I see. But she wasn't going for the kill from what we've seen.
