Well it's just one quick scene of Pete inserting a web capsule into his wrist band & there's clearly a box full of capsules next to him with OssCorp labelled on the side.
As Osscorp security seemed so high tech, I got the impression that he ordered it (by mail) rather than stealing it.
Makes you wonder how a man who seemingly has no job could afford them.
Considering how insanely high-tech that shit is, odds are it'd probably be running somewhere close to a hundred bucks a can.
Peter has no day job, and occasionally gets paid for his photographs. lol
Edit-.Oscorp's security was shitty as hell. lol
The fact that he was even able to sneak around like he did is a testement to their shitty security.

They seemed to know who Parker was though. I wouldn't be surprised if security saw Parker moving around and alerted Osborn, who in turn ordered them to leave him be out of curiosity alone.
Fate drove Parker into that room like it was preordained. And achieved his destiny so to say.

well, he bypassed all of oscorp's security.. the only one keen enough was gwen.. granted she knew who he was, i doubt the entire building did.. it is also plausible that there were no cameras in the "spider room" since it was so classified and who would think that some nerdy high-school kid would just come snooping along, let alone opening the room equipped with the high-tech pin-pad.. you would think, with all that technology in the room, they'd put a finger print or retinal scanner..
I just got back from seeing this tonight.
***SPOILERS*** - I dont know how to do the gray shaded stuff, so dont go any further if you havent seen it yet.
I thought the movie was slow. Seriously, i've seen snails with groin pulls that moved faster. I didnt like the guy who played Parker. He wasnt nerdy enough and made Peter kind of emo. The Lizard looked goofy too. Also, the part where Peter ripped his tail off and it grew back was cheesy. The CGI part was weak in that scene anyways. The ending where all the cranes lined up was just awful. That was dumber than anything I can think of in the previous three movies. Another thing is why even bother with the mask? He barely ever wore it. He was always taking it off. Silly. The whole thing was just awful for me. Sorry.
Give me Toby and Dunst anyday. I even liked SM3 better than this horrible flick.

Can someone explain to me why Peter being the smart guy he is wondered into that room without a hazard suit on? You could clearly see them to his right as he was about to enter the spider room
He was in a hurry maybe..

Well thank goodness your not in charge of making Spider-Man then!

No, I haven't heard of Spider Island...but honestly do you really want to see a movie with multiple "SpiderMen" in it?
No..but what you said made me think of Spider Island

You'd still put a hazard suit on, he didn't seem to be in that much of a rush either
