Whose got the Age of Hulk sig, son? Just because you misrepresent the power-levels of characters according to how much you like them, don't go around accusing everybody else of the same thing. You may also want to read those last few hulk issues, as their contents are somewhat different from what you seem to imagine.

Mar-vell one-shotting Magus, defeating both Silver Surfer and Nova easily, and then going on to almost kill the entire Annihilator's line up while he exits, only makes him herald level?

Do you think Thor can easily defeat Silver Surfer and Nova? Do you think Thor can one-shot Adam Magus? Do you think Thor can almost kill the entire Annihilator's lineup?
And we're talking Thor at his most consistent level. Blood and Thunder Thor (assuming you're referring to his feats) was obviously operating at above high herald levels.
