Claiming that Thor busted heralds in Blood and Thunder and that Mar-vell doing the same means that Mar-vell is only a mere herald, because Thor is a herald is flawed reasoning.

It's under the false assumption that Thor in Blood and Thunder was operating at only herald level of power. The fact that he busted teams of high heralds alone is enough evidence to refute that false assumption, and shows he was operating at levels of at least trans.

The question still remains: do you think current Thor can easily crush Silver Surfer and Nova? Casually one-shot kill Adam Magus? Almost kill the entire Annihilators line-up and more? IMO I doubt he'd come close to doing any of those.
