We've shown that Gandalf reacts faster, and can instantaneously AND simultaneously blind Voldemort and ignite/shatter his wand. We've also shown that it's "in-character" for Voldemort to open with Avada Kedavra. And we have shown that if Voldemort somehow manages to get an Avada Kedavra out before his eyes are blinded and his wand is destroyed, Gandalf has an all-purpose magical shield that saves him.

😆 So basically you are going to gimp Voldemort's tactics by saying that he must be attacking with the AK, even though there's a whole range of spells and abilities he has shown onscreen to be able to unleash?
Here's what happens. Voldemort teleports 3 meters away behind Gandalf, fiendfyres (which, as shown onscreen he needs neither a wand nor spell to do), and teleports out before Gandalf can tag him. And even if the Fiendfyre doesn't kill Gandalf, he'll be so distracted fighting it he won't notice Voldemort teleport behind him and AK him to death.
Hell, Voldemort could probably just start with teleporting behind him and AKing him to death.
Gandalf has no chance here whatsoever. Voldemort only needs a second to kill even with his wand and only needs a thought without it, and Gandalf isn't tagging a flying teleporter. Gandalf will have no time to unleash his omnidirectional blast before Voldemort kills him.

I said "Voldemort can teleport behind Gandalf and cast Fiendfyre in a second, or cast straight AK (since it's plausible Gandalf would survive the Fiendfyre due to withstanding the Balrog) in a second, both from behind Gandalf so he has no defense. Teleportation secures Voldemort's win here
