I doubt Brevoort would care , especially considering Hickman is one of the more well-respected writers in Marvel as of present , adding to the fact that in Marvel , writers generally seem to have more power than editors over how they write their stories , plus the fact that Brevoort has had no qualms about continuity screwing(it showed when Fraction unwittingly retconned the circumstances around Bor's death/demise in Fear Itself/Journey into Mystery) by writers who find it convenient for their plots .
