Cannibalism dude.

Lol. And immediately after they were ready to rampage through the turrets and sacrifice their life.

Gordon mentioned that they were receiving water and food.

I have no idea how they stayed relatively clean and clean shaven though.

Hmm, must have been pretty covert since Blake tried rescuing them and they got a nade full.

Maybe I am missing something, but what was the reason for destroying Gotham in the first place? Hadn't things improved like a lot? So shouldn't the LoS be happy that they didn't have to destroy a city because it wasn't beyond saving.

Also, why did we need a set-up for another movie. This was supposed to be the end. Whatevs, I look forward to seeing the tony gilroy follow up with ------ taking up the cape 'n cowl.

Bane just wanted to fulfill Ra's al Ghul's dying wish.

And it isn't setting up another movie just continuing the motif pf Batman being a symbol not a man.

I think

Spoiler:
it was even Bane's men lowering them crap to eat. I don't remember, have to rewatch that part, but yeah, they were lowering stuff to them in a bucket and they had like a barrel of refried beans down there. So either bane's men were keepin' them alive, Gordon's men were doing it all covert, or Taco Bell doesn't mess around when it comes to catering.

Yeah, Bane's whole 99% thing didn't really seem in line with Ra's Al Ghul's goals from the original movie. I feel like Ra's would have moved on to a different target, since Gordon cleaned up the city for eight years off the back of Batman with the Harvey Dent Act. I guess Talia and Bane were more concerned with the last target of Liam Neeson's LoS then they were with his goals or message.

I think his motive was straight-up revenge on Batman.

Bale visits Colorado victims.

**** that must have been awkward.

The cynical side of me thinks he's only doing it for the good PR, but the optimistic side of me respects the hell out of him for doing that.

Why would it be awkward, he didn't shoot them?

As for it being a pr move, who cares, it made the victims happier.

Yep, It wasn't a cliffhanger. The trilogy had come full circle showing Bruce Wayne's retired and will one day die, but Batman can live on forever.

Although personally I'd rather see a spin-off series where they continue that story instead Rebooting the Bruce Wayne story. A reboot that will obviously be lame in comparison to the Nolan series.

You don't know for sure the new Batman Reboot will be lame even compared to the Nolan series.

Story was leaked by the patients at the hospital so... i give him the benefit of the doubt

In the comics, where does the codename "Robin" originate from?

From Robin Hood, hence Robin's original look as well.

Some of you are going a little overboard. Nitpicking every single detail, glitch, and inconsistency. I'm aware of all these things. But it simply isn't that big of a deal to me that I'm going to sit here and ***** about minor gripes and deter away from a truly epic film.

Another thing,

Spoiler:
I'm pretty sure Batman(in The Bat) does kill the driver of the truck Talia was in right before she went over the bridge.

Also, the glide feature was used in TDK during the Hong Kong scene beautifully. Are we really nitpicking that there isn't a scene of Batman gliding around in this film? Not sure if you noticed, but this time around he has a flying vehicle, which kind of makes the gliding aspect less relevant. But he applied his cape in both the first fight with Bane and in the rooftop fight with Catwoman.

obvious that Bane was very skilled in his own right and that is why Batman lost.

It's also obviously convenient for Nolan to "forget" both the skills & weapons that he gave Batman/Bale in the two previous films when it came to the Bane fight.

For f-sake...smoke pellets!??!
And yet later we see Bats

Spoiler:
using batarangs laced with tranqs.
