But with most of these events they rush em and they falls short at the end. The previous 5 chapters and related comics were actually extreme filler and were practically unnecessary. Could've wrapped the first arc in 1 giant sized issue.

So True.....they get to the final fight and its all rushed, Would think they would split it up into 2 parts the final fight.

Seeing as it's going to be a one on one fight with the spotlight shined on it, Thor will actually probably come off as looking halfway decent here.

Besides the nice change in art they still sucked to me. But I was interested in what srank liked about them.

Well given that Cyclops and Namor and Rachel have all done well I wonder if they'll let Thor win here? In any case, this is Kaare Andrews writing and drawing this. His Emma Frost is amazing. This is going to be hilarious regardless of the outcome. Thor will probably get hit repeatedly by a giant tampon or something. Hope Thor knows the safe word.

👆 Yeah I quite enjoyed them as well. Enjoying New Avengers as well and the recent Avengers Academy where Emma attempts to melt down Juston Seyfert's Sentinel. Always liked that character.

I wonder how some members of the Phoenix Five stack up against Rachel? Thor had a good showing against her post(?) Acts Of Vengence IIRC when Excalibur thought he was Juggernaut. Or was she not Phoenix-powered then?

He could win this one...

The sooner this is over and books I would otherwise be enjoying have to stop thinking of ways to justify the horrible mischaracterisations the better.
