Cyclops Blasts are Light speed. But for Logan or Cap to be FTL they would have to dodge the blast after Cyk has already fired it.

That's more akin to what Thor did. He instinctually raised Mjolnir to block the psi-bolt as it was fired.

If it is warrior Thor yes, he can handle a blitz. Thor in his own book fighting Flash would definitely own Flash. Thor knows he can use his hammer effects, stay airborne and thus out of physical reach, erect shields to prevent blitz from hyper-velocity tossing things at him from ground level, and rain down lightning all over the place. But again, a Speed Blitz from guys like Goku from SSJ, Thor would not have a chance to react.

SSJ Goku isn't nearly as fast as Flash.
