Also this is jsut the crime in gothem not even Spidemrna aginst Batman rogue (which he fair better against pretty much all of them then Batman would)

How would he surpass him? Physically? Because there are some rogues that Spider-Man can't beat through pure physical force.
Much like Spider-Man's rogue gallery, which is equally (if not more) diverse, equally (if not more) powerful and constantly changing.

Well, did you mean physically or through equal prep? If it's physically, I totally agree with you. Through prep, I can see Parker doing well against pretty much everyone for the exception of a few.

You asked me where I thought Peter could surpass Bruce: I think Spider-Man is physically more powerful and capable of dealing with a higher caliber of immediate threat, and a higher caliber of threat in general. I think Spider-Man is also less of a basket-case than Bruce is, as well as being more capable of acknowledging his faults and more willing to turn to and rely on others for aid when he needs it.

Gotcha. I'm in agreement overall, but obviously there are some exceptions here and there.

Yeah, but he's definitely going to run into a lot of Batman's villains.

I was wondering the same thing lol

His word, so it has to be true...

You gotta be kidding me. Spider-Man would mop the floor with both Gotham City and Batman's rogues galley.

Aside from his obvious drastically superior physical advantages, Spidey is probably, if not the most, resourceful hero there is. No, I'm not saying that Spidey is close to the detective skills of Bats, but he's no slouch either. Anything Batman has done to win the day, Spidey could do it in a different way.

This is where writers utilize PIS

Only on page 5 here and I'm not down playing Joker's smarts (because he is crazy good at doing most anything he sets his mind to) but why are people acting like Wolverine is an idiot? He's a world class special ops agent and tracker, among other things.

I also want to say that, personally, I'm a little skeptical that Peter would do well against a well written and well prepared Prometheus. But that's just me. I mean, the guy tends to be at Batgod+(N+1) levels.

Because some of the fanboys on this site have a god like image of wolverine and thus others manifest a defence mechanism designed to dumb down/de-power wolverine. For every action there is a equal or greater reaction.

I hate Wolverine.

He still kills Joker though.

With ease

he would have a very difficult time getting joker in a one on one situation without the joker having the upper hand

Other than the whole Oberon thing, what leads you to believe this?

I mean, to my memory, the only people who successfully moved around Wolverine were people he didn't even know existed in the first place (and even then had plenty of time to prepare/manipulate him).

Weapon X, Romulus, The Red Right Hand, Contagion, etc.

As soon as he knew that they existed though? He was on them like stink on a warthog and was dismantling them.

And Joker tends to showboat and grandstand things.

because I think joker is smarter than all of those

joker's intelligence is masked by his insanity...but I truly believe he's one of the smartest characters in comics

Contagion was personally groomed by Victor Von Doom and even broke into Latvaria and hijacked a satellite.

Joker is smart, but he's not that smart.

Spiderman would do well but he aint no Batman thats for sure

That's true.

He's better.

Batman is the better detective, but that's about it. Spider-Man is at least as smart and experienced as Batman.

I even think that Parker is a smarter scientist than Batman.
