We can accept that Surfer went ftl in the scan but the problem was that you said it was a split second. It is possible that he have speed up to light speed after his statement (which was a few seconds later).
A better feat is Surfer going a lightyear in a few seconds against Thanos with the IG.

I just view Surfer as being more like a GL travel wise, so that he would be quicker over long distances. Superman might accelerate quicker, but I think that over any long stretch, Surfer could reach a higher speed.

I just wanted proof other than a character's statement that "you may have to move faster than light to do something against me" which the said character does by standing perfectly still. This is like me using this scan to prove that superman has faster than nanosecond reflexes

It was me who brought Superman into this because I responded to Juntai with a scan of Surfer. Do you proof read what you write?
Also, not that I intend to spark another conversation with you since well, this is awful, but Superman claiming what he can do is different than Surfer saying what he's DOING.
And he was a statue to Surfer, and shocked, that's why. Surfer directly went faster than light in a combat situation, it doesn't matter what the other guy did.

Because, my reply hadn't to do with Superman has or hasn't he, but can he. Surfer, Superman a few other characters are capable of this, and not only this, but actual combat rather than just flying in a circle, I think. Anyone with known nanosecond/picasecond reactions, reflexes, and definitive much faster than light speed are capable of such a thing.
However, if you want similar things, you can see Superman blitzing FTL capable Imperiex Probes, blitzing other powered Kryptonians faster than they can react or even notice his presence, building an entire city in a moments time[which is easily a comparable feat to Flash evac of a city if you ask me]. etc etc etc.
