I have no problem believing they were superspeed. The question is more how fast they were going, not if they were going fast at all.

Now if we look at a similar WW feat of her roping Jessie Quick as she entered the Speed force we see the opposite. We see Dianna who cannot even operate at that speed actually tag someone on a vastly superior speed. We see her reactions as superior to her movement speed and not equal to them.

Trained fighters who have made moves "muscle memory" always "react faster ” simply because before they have even processed what has happened a response has been made. Or there is her reaction to Zoom (shouldn't be possible- and in your own way on the scan it showed the "shock on Zoom's face" as per your statement re Supergirl)
If Superman is moving at high speed and his frame of reference is such then he will always react faster than Dianna. If they are operating at the same frame of reference then Dianna repeatedly shows superior reactions. Clark has been tagged by people well below him in speed when he hasn’t been operating at speed. Dianna conversely deflects attacks by people who are superior to her in speed of operation.
This BS about talking at speeds is completely irrelevant when those doing so are moving at said speeds. There are literally hundreds of instances of normal non metas being carried by the likes of Flash, Superman, and countless others who can talk to them because they are moving with them
It’s not a difficult concept but it is one that is regularly supported by comics and fiction and there is plenty of evidence to that as you yourself have provided.

The Jesse Quick showing hasn't been debunked. WW was using the drag movement speed waaaaay before Jesse entered the speed force. Then some moments later, it skips to Jesse nearly entering the speed force. We don't see Diana anywhere during this scene. She is off panel. Before Jesse gets the chance to enter (she was nearly there...light and all is showing), Wonder Woman is on scene. She caught up with Jesse in enough time to prevent her from entering the force completely and wraps her up.
Here is the scan...
As shown, we don't see Diana anywhere...we only see two peeps and Diana isn't one of them.
Then all of a sudden, she catches up with them and wraps Jesse up.
This is the scene ABHI is talking about and it happens waaaaaaayyyyy before the scans I presented above...
Which tells us that this ft is legit for WW since the evidence goes against what ABHI is saying (WW literally caught up with Jesse via her speed alone since she wasn't even on panel during the time Jesse was about to enter the speed force).
As for the guy talking during the time WW was flying. Someone is being picky here and plus, nothing about him was normal...wasn't he possessed?
