pretty much mine.

my only difference is that, if it were up to me, Clark and Diana would be around equal in terms of reflexes. The comics do support him being faster than her though, imo.

No, I really didn't. At all.

I simply like the idea that they could be on the same level when it comes to reflexes, that's all.

I'd like it if Hulk was beaten in a physical fist fight now and then.

Comics don't support this stance.

Could someone answer this for me please. Has a direct comparison ever been made concerning superman and wonder womans reflexes of who is faster? Has it ever been stated that superman was faster on panel, or is it that people look at scans that show each of them moving fast and then try and put one over the other? The only direct comparison between the two of them were by wonder woman and batman and wonder woman was seen as the faster reflex wise and has not been corrected to this day.

Well, Hippolyta needed Flash to lend her speed just to get up to his and Superman's level.

Where Hippolyta stands with Diana is another matter.

I thought Flash gave all of them his speed? Where did you get the idea it was just her? He then gave Superman his speed to keep up with a beam of light because Superman himself said that he was unable to keep up with a beam that moved at light speed.

Primarily feats, as they have more weight than statements in most cases.

If you really want to take McDuffie's petty scene as fact, then that's your choice, but to do so is putting yourself on shaky ground, imo.

I think Superman has better reflexes, but I can understand why people would pick Diana.

That scene focused on who was faster reflex wise and also told who was faster in raw speed. WW also has a shattered god feat that is far above supermans feats, non comparing feats do not tell us how fast the characters are moving and leave one to guess and we see what fans do when guessing. Until it is stated on panel in a direct comparison that superman is equal to or faster than ww in reflex speed by any DC writer be it feat wise or statement by trustworthy characters, WW is as it stand, is faster because of the direct comparison backed also by a feat superman cannot match.

I said feats have more weight, not that they're the only criteria.

I have no problem with anyone believing Diana is faster (I actually said earlier in the thread that I would see them as equals), I just think that using the McDuffie scene as some sort of evidence is not a good idea. It's terribly OOC, and badly written all to satisfy a personal vendetta.

Though i'm sure if it was the other way around, people would be arguing for it's validity just as much, wouldn't they?

It's an awkward statement for sure and I couldn't really imagine Diana ever saying anything like that...
