A ****ing abstract that was apparently much easier to kill than Thanos.

I should be impressed, why?

Does the blade have any other feats
It killed Death
That feat sucks because Thanos survived!

So you really weren't looking for any way to see this feat beyond it being a sharp sword?
What about the Cosmic Cube failing to ko Thanos? Not impressive either?
What about a pissed of Magus with the IG failing to ko Thanos? Nothing there either?
Pissed off Galactus not koing Thanos
Pissed off Odin not koing Thanos
Pissed off Tyrant not koing Thanos

What is impressive from Thanos? The one time he got sneak attacked by Maker? The anti matter mine? The Gamora fight against incomplete Thanos? What are we looking for here?

I get the impression that the only way for the sword to have a valid feat is for it to have killed someone from 616 harder to kill than pre-Thanos Initiative Thanos. Obviously that didn't happen. They didn't take it around and kill Odin just to see if they could. And that's annoying.

It killed an alt reality abstract whose only feat is getting killed by an attack that Thanos survived.

The Cancerverse. For an entire universe, brimming over with life and Gods and Super Beings actually filling up it's volume, they were extremely lame.

616 losses were almost nil, in comparison to a universal invasion.

Bah! A universe full of "Pudding People" and weak slime-Gods.

They killed their version of Death with a big rubber sword that was imbued with the power of their squishy deities.

Thanos goes in there, like a big purple balloon, filled with farts and waits for the simplest "pricking" of his purposely thinned hide, while not using one of his shields.

He poops out Death and that's the end of the story?

Sad, very sad.

In short, "They broke into the wrong God-D***ed basement!".

The lesson is, if you are going to invade a neighboring universe, make sure that they aren't tougher than your universe.

Seriously. 🙄

Conclusion: Sissy "Cthulhu-Sword" feat Fail.

So it can kill an Abstract being, but not Thanos?
Yeah, seeing as Thanos was a avatar of another Abstract from another universe.

Its not hard to understand

As I have stated before, the Cancerverse feats should be treated as a "What if?" story.

There is not way to tell anything about the properties of that realm or it's characters. The term "whimpy" comes to mind though.

Or we could just say youre doing youre desperate best to lowball Rhanos like a troll

It killed cancerverse Death but couldn't even kill the minion of 616 Death. IOW, 616 Death >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> cancerverse Death.

So, why should I be impressed by this feat?

It killed the avatar of death in the cancerverse and death itself.

You dont even understand what happened in the story, or how Thanos was slowy dying due to the attack but it was was taking its time to kill him due to his durability.

Reported again btw for blatant trolling.

And yet it didn't kill 616 Death or it's minion, IOW 616 characters >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> cancerverse characters.

It didnt kill Death because it didnt kill Thanos because he was strong and durable to withstand the attack for long enough to let death into the cancerverse.

I'll call you out over this then, how about a battlezone, any answer other than a yes or no is a concession.

The sword killing Cancerverse Death is meaningless without feats to show what kind of damage CV Death can withstand.

BTW, yes or no.

concession accepted

Thanos is not beating a Elder God, Gaea doesnt have feats so the hell what , majority of high level beings dont but that doesn't diminish their status, Set, Chthon, Cyttorak, The Makers etc dont have feats up the a$$ but it doesn't take away from them. Whats stops Thor from getting the Odin force and Runes, lets be real Asgard still have artifacts that can f**k Thanos up, and Thanos is not on Sky Father level, hell he is not even on their block.

OP state this is current Asgard Thanos will have too work for it, if keyword this Classic Asgard in their universe he gets sh** stomp for their artifacts are more powerful within there own realm, casket of winters alone will would stop Thanos.

Asgard have sh** in there arsenal we dont no about that can f**k up some serious sh** up, f**k aroun with they let Surtur a$$ loose on Thanos.

Yeah because Surtur comes to defend Asgard every time a threat shows up, talk about grasping

Context is your friend (Galactus vs. Thanos shields=no ko for Thanos, DP Tyrant isn't that powerful and didn't hit Thanos like he did the others, Magus wasn't trying to kill Thanos and it wasn't a haymaker). Also the Odin fight was PIS plain and simple.

Not true at all. Cancerverse Mar-Vell is far more powerful than the 616 one, Cancerverse Galactus is much more powerful too, and Cancerverse Quasar is equal to 616 Quasar.

It's a fallacy to automatically assume alternate characters are weaker than 616 ones.

Current Asgard is about to be invaded by the Troll Kingdom. Let's see if Surtur, Hela, and Gaea come to defend Asgard like people in this thread are insisting. Also FYI current Asgard doesn't have Thor, he's in the Demogorges stomach at the moment.

Yes, because pointing out that cancerverse Death has zero feats is trolling.

Why would Surtur defend Asgard? That makes no sense to me. Hela joining forces with them definitely has some historical backing so that's understandable. Still, she obviously won't be part of this story as she hasn't even been mentioned yet as far as I know.

Gaea along with the other All-Mothers are basically substitutes for Odin, if the threat is big enough, they will intervene. We even saw them doing some battling earlier.

Thor is going to be back next issue.

I'm still not sure how this thread has lasted this long without any clarification from the TS, everybody's just wasting their time. If it's just random cannon fodder Asgardian soldiers, Thanos should win, but the moment more powerful citizens are included along with the various items in their armory, his chances begin to drop significantly to the point that this could be a massive spite thread.
