No, there is not. However, set into the wall just around the corner of the t-junction to the right is a section that looks like a door to you; it is black like the wall but more plasticy/shiny in appearance. It has no visible controls; the corridor carries on beyond it (and also stretches down to the left of the t-junction also).
Thinking waaay back before I even started playing... if there are no visible controls, maybe they are only accessible with the Force? A trigger we can trip in the wall with our minds.
There are probably other systems running if the ventilation system is. The question is what and why, which we'll find out.
Where would this thing even draw power from?
Aha! Cunning Sith ways and... oh, no. There's nothing there.
Thinking about it, if there were any other Sith here along with Kazan, it would only have been a handful. It would be a pretty rubbish command base if none of his men could use the doors.
And that's a very good question. An active ventilation system needs power. That means this place is still, potentially, live.
Roan, you head around the corner to find a longer corridor with several junctions on the left. The right is mostly wall... but you van see another one of those black panels/corridors not far in front of you.. and another further down... and the lighting is too poor to see beyond that.
Though at this point the lighting changes, because as soon as Xeth's sabre makes contact with the black surface, a loud klaxon rings out and the lights here suddenly spring to life- red, flashing lights all around.
