USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE VI (DARK SIDE)- Enemy

We do need nice suits to blend in.

Someone will have to buff up Vic's compression suit.

Also, Dak is up for being a bodyguard.

So, let's get a list so far of who is posing as entourage, as business men, and as bodyguards?

I suppose Vic can go for the techno union bigwig thing, idk.

Lists would be nice!

Okay. If I can have my fellow players state what they're bringing on their persons, that would be great. I'll consolidate it unless someone beats me to it.

And just to clarify, can people openly carry guns or is it too blatant?

Rand and Gallador can probably pose as private interests wanting to make additional funds off of gamblers. It certainly would be nice if we could walk away with some of this money, as we certainly need it if we are going to start expanding our influence and power at all.

Rand and Gallador could each take on a separate gambler, and have our retinues that we try to attach to their own.

This sounds like a good strategy. We are both very convincing people and Gallador's lying skills are unequaled.

So Relle, Xavier, are you going with Gallador as aide/bodyguard?

Can we agree not to tak sabres on us?

And any ideas about the escape plan.

No way in hell will Rianna agree to not take her saber along and keep it on her person. Not happening.

Ooh yes, don't forget the exit strategy.

What is the feasibility of coordinating a pick-up from a ship and shutting down the tower's defenses?

Otherwise we can try descending down through the tower some quick way once we've dealt with Merik. Meaning we need to be careful about getting stuck in a prolonged fight at the top of the tower. Probably the lifts or lift shaft; Rand isn't running down the stairs.

Or down the outside? Bring grappling rope?

Shut them down how?

The outside walls are highly secure also.

What about stealing Marik's ship?

You can't guarantee he actually has s starship in the building- it would be a tight fit. It would also still get shot down.

Maybe there's somewhere they are operated from inside the tower. Like the Ghost Citadel, when Rianna wrecked all the things.

Let's not have a repeat of that escape, please.

We probably should get an idea of the layout of the place, as well as how far from the actual casino our ships will be.

I don't suppose we can get to the roof and have Hover Cars meet us there to get us the hell out?

You would indeed imagine they are operated inside the tower, Galder.

Your ships would be at the starport by default, which I would say is within reasonable chasing distance but far from adjacent.

And only if you have your magic hover car creating wand.

Unlikely that we'd leave someone at the ships to engineer an escape.

So we need to figure out where the defenses are operated from so that we can shut them down, destroy the controls, and escape the tower.

If they can be shut off or sabotaged to not operate against us, it should be much easier to descend the tower once we've killed Merik. We could go down the lift shafts since I'm guessing the lifts won't be operable.

And then hightail it to the starport, maybe procuring a speeder beforehand.

Can we bring speeders or hover-type vehicles with us?

If your plan is to escape on foot, then destroying the security controls will likely make life harder, not easier, as that will involve buggering around finding them, dealing with the security there, and then still having to hack your way out. Disabling internal security is only of moderate benefit, and every minute you take in such a situation will bring more law enforcement to the tower entrance, the killer chokepoint. If it is a foot-based bust-out, speed is key.

You can bring vehicles to the car park equivalent

So the best course of action should be to check the escape route to the car park and disable the security on the way out. Is there any way to check the layout of this place in advance?
