The answer is no- there are ways to tag along with a winner, but you'll need to incorporate them into your plan. Also your group is large enough that you'll probably need more than one winner.

We'd need to somehow appear to be part of the winners' retinue or parties, maybe find a gambler or few that already have followings or groups and piggyback on their success.

Yes indeed, an entourage is possible- but you can't be Mr. Random. It has to be done right.

Some players will have an advantage here, as this kind of world is ridiculously sexist.

So long as you just LOOK good, it's an easy option, yes.

Note that all roles may involve a skill check at some point- but some much less than others.

Oh, I should add that Azarl's Exotic nature is a consideration here. They are used to weird things at the casino, but he will still stick out.

Rand and Gallador can probably pose as private interests wanting to make additional funds off of gamblers. It certainly would be nice if we could walk away with some of this money, as we certainly need it if we are going to start expanding our influence and power at all.

Rand and Gallador could each take on a separate gambler, and have our retinues that we try to attach to their own.

Rianna could pull that off as well with Relle, so long as she can keep her temper in check...

Maybe I can use that to my advantage. I'm coming to the casino to make money to help fund my campaign to retake my homeworld, but lacking understanding of Republic games and customs, he needs the help of a gambler sympathetic to his plight (or at least willing to make him money).

Unfortunately the Exotic social issue can never be used in a subtle way like that. You can do that for fluff but not mechanical advantage.

Azarl calls dibs on having Relle as the sexy girl in group. Gallador and Rand can fight over Rianna. Being a weird giant bug, it sounds like I need the advantage.

Any chance I can bring my translator droid or is he too knackered from Selene? Otherwise it comes down to Azarl spewing his weird language at people sometimes.

After that we have some of our heavier types. Maybe I can have Galder as a thug? Or Xavier? I want a thug.

Gambling facilities are VERY hazy on allowing in droids, for practical reasons. He can come to the planet though.

'Bodyguard' is allowed... but only one per gambler.

Rand would want Rianna and Galder in his group, if we're thinking of talking to more than two gamblers. Rand and Gallador and Azarl could each spearhead a group to get acquainted with specific gamblers and their parties.

If they are ridiculously sexist I bet they won't expect the two hot girls to be absolutely deadly, which could work for us...

Yes, but they also won't expect the hot girls to say, when flirted with, "Keep looking at my chest and I'll remove your eyes and insert them up your backside" instead of flirting back.

This is one of the funniest conversations to come from planning in this game.

Is there anyway to hack the Casino Ocean Eleven's style cause Xavier would be down for that 😛

Xavier can also go as a techy guy for one of the people. He is the best Fix-It guy in the group so he can back up the claim. Also he is fairly decent medicine guy so he could be a computer/nurse type thing to help keep Azral clicking 😛

Also yeah I'm already picturing how awkward Rianna is going to be trying to flirt. So much so that it comes off more creepy and scary to the person 😛

She'll just have to stay quiet 😛

(Also her chest is really not all that impressive to look at 😛)
