You might even say it's a gamble...

Rand will wait, Ush. Having a wealthy benefactor is something we sorely need, having next to no funds at all to fix up our base or, if things go wrong, secure a new location.

Final decision. Rand waits.

I agree, but do we have an action plan after they meet?

We start the distraction and make for the stairs up, so we can attack right away. We need to kill the agents immediately.

Ok, time has passed, and at this point your guys have at least broken even.

Gallador- if there is going to be trouble here, your man needs to be well out of it (unlike the others, who you guys are under no obligation to keep safe unless you want them).

Rand- intuition twitch! The time situation is now critical!

Rand will urge Gallador to start getting his gambler out of here.

"The time is now," Rand snarls to his student. "Come on!"

How long does Rand have to wait before kicking off trouble for Gallador's gambler to be totally clear?

That is not something you can predict with certainty...

In any case, Rand tells Gallador's gambler to start leaving before things get messy. Once he's in the lift out of here, Rand will start the fiasco.

Okay, time to get my guy away! Does he have a place to leave safely, Ush?

He's at the top of a giant tower- his fast leaving options are limited. He's also not keen to go- he thinks he can make way more money!

Gallador, you'd better do some convincing...

I will try to persuade my gambler that he is in great danger right now as these Osokans are after us. But he can propably leave now if he is quick about it as the Osokans will be focused on us. Right Ush?

I say let him make that flight out of there. I can't imagine they'd lock everyone in, they'd focus on the fight you guys start.

Well, he wants you to get him out of there as soon as 'trouble' starts. Gallador! He doesn;t want to be associated with Bureau trouble- those guys are awkward (as he describes them).

Time to get going! Let's hear your next action for the big distract-o-plan...

With that established...

Rand will use the Force to knock someone's drink over onto an Osokan in order to piss the porcine warrior off and start a skirmish on the gambling floor.

Yes please! I want to start blowing things up.

Well if only Rand had a high Force score to make that sort of subtle use of the force possible... oh... wait...

The drink falls as planned. The Osokan turns round with slow menace and growls something almost completely incomprehensible from the Lanzar tongue.

All of your Force senses for danger are going off...

Rand stands poised for action but waits to see what occurs before acting, opting for patience instead of throwing himself into danger immediately.

He does try to find something to take cover behind, perhaps...

Relle will just be ready to act.

Xavier is ready in his ship, Xavier's luxury cruise ship is ready to disembark.

The Osokan grunts again. The man makes both a rude reply and a rude geature- and this is followed by the sparking, jittering noise of a neurowhip being activates, as the Osokan draws, activates and spins the whip up and around to make a sharp crack noise *(that makes no physical sense, but this is Star Wars science) in one fluid motion. The other man draws his gun...
