Final plan: Gallador and Relle finish up with his gambler and start getting him out of here. Rand uses his subterfuge to sneakily knock someone's drink into an Osokan to distract them from Gallador and start a disturbance on this level to draw out Merrik and the Bureau Agents.
Elsewhere, Galder and company take off to engage the Bureau ship...
Meaning if they get the information, our interruption won't actually interrupt anything and Merrik won't come out?
If our disturbance wouldn't actually bring Merrik to us after the info is out, then we need to act now. Gallador's gambler can take the winnings he got (even those from the other gamblers, screw them) and get out of here.
If our disturbance would still bring out Merrik even after the information gets out, then we can hold off.. but we need to make sure that the Agents die before they can get the info out.
That being said, that will be my final stance on that. Rand is going to knock off someone's drink onto one of the Osokans regardless, but it will either happen before or after the info gets to the Agents.
Unless Gallador can convince us to wait, I'm going for it if the Agents are going to get the info and leave before we can finish with the gambling.
