Xavier continues to increase his maneuverability to the max and dodging

If the ship gets a transponder lock, would destroying it stop them from submitting that info elsewhere?

I doubt it. I would also seriously doubt our ability to take down the ship

Never say never!

And we're back again!

And thanks to straight successes- with what pool he has left- on the Guard tap (to be fair, that is a 5 in 6 chance per die...)- Rand and Relle together finish that last Osokan!

Tapping Cleave has no relation towards helping destroy things I am afraid- but it doesn't matter anyway as those security guys are not adjacent; Gallador runs over and gets a kill.

The Agents were blasting away at Rand this turn, thinking he was going down, but now they will re-assess the situation...

The casino guards, on the other hand, have had enough. They're bolting. I've done you a number of favours this combat as you were undermanned (Poor enemy strategy and the Osokans were not using their stun potential- must have been a noive batch), but that's the last favour coming!

The ship is broadcasting a distress signal. As soon as it gets a transponder lock, it's being broadcast to the galaxy.

Bit of a 'meh' turn all around here!

Pilots - you may wish to consider that our transponder codes getting out is somewhere in the realm of incredibly awful.

Rand cackles with a malicious glee as the last Osokan gives a grunt and falls when Rand delivers the blow that removes it from the fray. He then indicates Agent Nielsen with his saber and moves to attack him, trying to run him through quickly.

"With me!" Rand shouts to Relle and Gallador. "We'll take them down one at a time!"

The Agents haven't been talkative so far but Relle will try.

"You weren't expecting us, were you?" Relle demands to know. "Why are you here?"

She attacks Agent Nielsen with her lightsaber after Rand gets his blow in. Swap in RI for EE, tap my Guard and Riposte if shot at. No tap if not shot at by Nielsen.

Gallador should maybe go after Ezra to keep him occupied.

Happy to see the last Osokan down and enemy guards escaping, Gallador attacks agent Ezra as his companions strike the second Agent, so he cannot freely shoot at them.

(Something I just noticed here; Galder's Pilot pool should be one more, with the bonus die from Favorite Ride)

Galder will start another attack run, wanting to rain further chaos on the puny men below trying to gun him from the sky, wishing his fighter responded to him the way the blade of a lightsaber did.

(What should team pilot do about the possible transponder lock! I mean it is very important they don't get those.

Could we possibly attack their transmitter so it disrupts them?

That was the original plan but frankly it's too late now.

Yeah I think we made the wrong call. It's going to be easier to retrieve Rand and co. (I think we thought we could help their fight somehow) but they've got our transponders again, for sure.

Damn...

My supposition about the Tactical Unit: they're going to bring in fighters and troops to supplement the Osokans.

With only two bad guys left on the map, I think we can break out of combat time there.

Ezra runs for the west stairs. These Agents are health 30 supermooks, so when Nielsen triggers Relle's Riposte when he tries to shoot her, that's his third sabre hit in one turn, bringing him down.

Ship guys- your all-out assault on the planet surface has attracted attention. They don't have much of a space force., but a squadron of atmospheric fighters is incoming.

With Agent Nielsen sufficiently hacked to pieces, Rand turns his attention to Agent Ezra. Before the government hand can make it down the stairs, Rand plucks him up from the floor with the Force. Too drained from the fight to strangle him from afar, Rand contents himself with dragging the Agent back toward Gallador, so his disciple can butcher the man.

"We need to move," Rand says.

Once Gallador and Relle finish off Ezra, Rand will wait for them and move up the stairs after Merrik.

"Incoming," Galder alerts his wingmen. "They've scrambled fighters."

If I can finish my bombing run before the fighters get here, I will. Otherwise, Galder will abort the run and bring his fighter around to face the arriving interceptors.

Can Galder tell how many fighters we've got coming at us?

Relle just grabs Agent Nielsen's gun and tries to shoot down Agent Ezra before he flees.

Can she steal a neurowhip?

Azarl is not terribly excited about this...
