He could indeed- I'll note that makes Relle's life harder though, as she's trying to get in.

Well, it is actually Rand's neural damage that proves the bigger issue! Gallador lands and Relle manages to cling on... but Rand has missed! It's a long way down...

Okay, how can we save Rand, how can we save Rand, maybe Xavier can quickly dive for him?

The problem with going into a straight dive right now would be what happens to you two that are already on. It maybe a good idea for you two to get in then Xavier dives after Rand.

If you dive, Relle and Gallador aren't staying on. I'm more mobile and the better pilot, maybe Galder go for him? Azarl can take out the last fighter and Xavier can get his two in.

Could work I will let you guys decide. If it won't take Relle and Gallador long to get in I'm okay with diving for him and using Guidance if I have to save him.

If you think you can do it faster go for it.

Do you guys want to stick around and take the fight to the cruiser though?

With the damage we've sustained I'm almost okay just booking it after this.

If it means not dealing with the Bureau shortly after this, I'm okay nuking the cruiser... IF we can do it quickly without getting ourselves killed.

Galder should have two or three Force points left, and Galder has Guidance. I think Azarl's pretty useless there.

Rand watches with terror as Gallador lands on the ship and his own muscles seize, carrying him from a graceful glide into a jerky tumble that puts him over the edge of the New Beginning and out into the air. He flails for the ship, and realizes that there's no turning back.

"Help!" Rand shouts into his comm.

My ship isn't really designed for that anyway. I'm in a light fighter.

Azarl can at least take out the last fighter, freeing Galder to chase down the falling Rand or whatever he decides to do next.

It is actually possible for Rand to take actions to aid himself and make life easier.

He should tie his tentacle dreads together in a makeshift parachute?!?!?!

Other than that perhaps you can guide yourself to the side of the building. At the least you should be able to slow your decent by going flat.
