MM Can't Touch Hulks Mind.....
Yes he can.
It's already been proven that lesser telepaths were able to enter Hulk's mind. How were they able to do this? By catching Hulk distracted.
You might say professor X and emma weren't able to get inside his head, but MM has a power that they don't have... Shape shifting.
MM shape shifts into Betty Ross/Captain America/Rick Jones/etc. catches the Hulk off guard just long enough to get inside his head, and GG.

Turning solid, means Hulk has MM's hand in his brain.I doubt he'd just shrug that off. 😛
A mindless Hulk that starts at a base of world breaker would be a bad thing for J'onn to contend with. J'onn couldn't contend with Doomsday Rex, and he was a light weight in comparison to WB Hulk. Just think about it.

I Don't Think Mindless Hulk=Literally A Brainless Hulk
Well his healing factor would keep his body from dying and as we all know would kick in the moment that he suffers damage of any type. From past history if the Hulk's brain was to be shut down either physically or through telepathic means, he would regress to a near mindless state, which would be his body acting solely on instinct, making him more dangerous than when he had control of his strength amplification. In other words J'onn would be in trouble. Assaults to his mind would likely result in a psychic backlash so intense that J'onn may just decide to flee in order to regain his composure, or be KO'd by the event itself. Phsically he would be on the losing end as well, and find himself falling further, and further behind in a physical confrontation. J'onn is good, but WB Hulk is even above a team threat. The Savage Hulk alone is a team threat.

Guess no one has been able to mount a defense against my memory tampering and illusion tactics then.....
Seriously, all this talk about how the Hulk can resist it is like arguing that Wolverine's healing factor would defeat pressure point attacks and hypnotism...
I'm not saying MM shuts his brain down. That's the WORST tactic, I agree. Hulk having a sentient, intelligent mind would actually work against him, similar to how Doomsday becoming sentient was a factor against him, or how Batman was succeeding in hypnotizing the Shaggy Man now that he had Eiling's sentience.

Pretty much. I can't think of a way MM could win this. Draining doesn't work anymore, physically trying to overpower Hulk doesn't work anymore, Herald strength doesn't work anymore, then he is surrounded by energy and even if he didn't surround himself in this energy, the wave of his arms sends out shockwaves powerful enough to melt Heralds and send them flying. Hulk is pretty much the ultimate brick and Martian Manhunter thought he had problems facing Doomsday, WBH is a completely different beast.
