Nope, by Hashirama's admirer who lived long enough to see the awesomeness that is Hiruzen and Minato and Sasuke.

You mean Minato, who was actually referred to by multiple people as a "genius that occured once in a generation" unlike Hashirama who was never named as such? 45-love

No, I mean Hashirama who was called a legend in the same league as the Sage by virtually everyone who had heard of his strength, unlike Minato who was never named as such.

Strike 3.

60-love. AKA...

Game, set, and match.

Being a douche with a major boner for Minato resulted in an incorrect conclusion.

Strike 4. AKA...

GTFO of here.

Let's do this again. However, next time, bring some cream to soothe your aching donut holes. 313

Well I guess Gin/Kin would be pretty tough opponents but considering how powerful this dude's brother was supposed to be..he's pretty lackluster. Though I do wonder where Mito was in all of that; by hype she's the strongest female in Naruto and it would make sense if she was there to help out and stuff.

Gin/Kin have Kyuubi chakra, and one of them was effortlessly pwning an entire army. But that might be moot, since we don't know if they had the Kyuubi chakra when they attacked Tobirama & the 2nd Raikage.

He is pretty lackluster since he lacks major feats, and his only fight was in the middle of Part 1 in which he did not do a lot.
He did however invent Edo Tensei. IMO, the only reason he did not take it to the level that Kabuto has taken it to, is because he understood that it was immoral.

Oh and to answer your question NemeBroly, I like Minato because I genuinely see a lot of myself in him. You can take that for what it's worth.

There's no way that you're as sexy as Minato, though.

If you do look like him, you are my new favorite person and I demand pics so I can fap to them (I am halfway joking...I would not fap to them.)

If you're talking personality-wise and smarts-wise, I can't say that you remind me of Minato, at all. You're smart in a different way. Minato is cold-calculating, logical, dedicated, bla bla bla.

You are not any of those things. Sure, you CAN be quite logical, but not like Minato's almost Vulcan-like, ultra-minimalist approach.

If theres a "genius that occured once in a generation" and Hashirama was the greatest of his generation then I'd say he probably fits that title as well.

Just to nitpick.

I don't think Hashirama was ever shown to be a genius, just that he was an insanely powerful person from a strong clan.
Granted, he did help invent the system that currently runs the Ninja world.

Based on on-panel evidence, from that generation, it would have to be.....

Tobirama for inventing an uber-level jutsu that has no weaknesses outside of an immortal dude with magical eyes. awesome

In fact, one could speculate that Tobirama was the single best innovator of jutsus to have existed. Any of Oro's stuff was just amalgamation, at best, and copying, for most of it.

Since you believe the awesomeness that is Tobirama was a genius that in some ways was better than Minato, I will forgive your illogical mancrush for Minato. sneer

Classic, you actually posted "no u", literally. And then you copied, in a crappier form, my tennis reference. 🙂

lol

You have to respond with something other than the contra-positive of my statement for it to count. From what we know, Tobi was the one that helped Itachi. Madara died man moons ago, it would appear.

No, only one person said that and that person is obviously biased because he never lived to see Hiruzen or Minato come to powah!

We shouldn't do this again: you just embarassed yourself. You need a shoulder on to cry, now, don't you? Here, use mine. Don't mind the boner. 🙂

Oh I look nothing like Minato. Sure when I was little I was a blondy but that has passed.

I am talking about personalities.

Also, this thread has been mega derailed. We have two Naruto threads lol.

Nice try, but I wasn't talking about Tobi. Try again.

You're right, we shouldn't do this again: Pwning you over and over again is getting old.
Your boner for Minato amuses me, but I've gotten used to it.

So is there any particular reason why you feckless peons like Minato?

I think he's a pretty cool guy. Nice and cheerful as well as competent and heroic. He's a mary sue, but he's supposed to be a larger than life hero of the ages. It highlights the tragedy of his loss and makes us hopeful that Naruto can grow up to be as awesome as his old man. Its a classic trope to have a God-like father figure who the hero loses. And I like it.

I thought we established that you were more like Hinata then Minato.

😛

Hinata's issues come from a completely different source good sir.

And Minato's come from the same source as yours?

In that they come from nowhere. So yes.

I wouldn't say nowhere, but unknown. Meh.

Sooo, any ideas as to how Kishi might have the good guys stop Edo-Madara?

We need to move this freaking discussion lol.

Lulz. Fine.

I miss Killermover. I wonder how he is reacting to the current events in teh manga.

Oh and to answer your question NemeBroly, I like Minato because I genuinely see a lot of myself in him. You can take that for what it's worth.

That's incredibly gay.

It is pretty gay.

K. I read that post and it does not sound like Killermover, at all. And it is well written. I think he copied and pasted that quote from somewhere else.

Edit - Yup. A quick google search on the internet reveals that I am right.

Knew my "not his writing style" alarm was going off. Hell, even that poster in the link says it is not his original words.

You know, rereading the post with the power of hindsight, you're definitely right in that it sounds nothing like killermover's established posting style.

However... killermover's post was made in December 29th, 2008. That dude's was made almost a year later.

Is it not possible that it was killermover who that guy copied?

Though yeah, it is hard to believe the killermover we know and love made a post like the one I have profiled. I would not be particularly surprised if it was plagiarised.

Minato died in a young age, if it wasn't for that he would really become a legendary shinobi.

No, that's not being douchy. That's being a poor-plagiarizer and unoriginal in humor.

Nice try, but you overlooked the fact that I referenced: Tobi, Madara, and Itachi...not just Tobi.

Also incorrect. Only Madara said that.

No, I am right because you keep getting pwned, yourself, over and over again.

And the boner was from you hugging me while you cried on my shoulder, not from Minato. inlove

Though yeah, it is hard to believe the killermover we know and love made a post like the one I have profiled. I would not be particularly surprised if it was plagiarised.

I was referencing that the guy who posted that posted the exact same text, word for word, but said he got it from somewhere else...not the fact that Killermover stole it from that guy. To me, that indicates that the text most likely originated from someone else other than those two...mostly because it doe not match his posting style.

For me, finding that quote out there on any place by KMC is evidence that there should be room for doubt on the originality. Then throw on that the guy said it is not his original quote, more doubt. Then throw on that killermover does not post like those words at all, and that makes me be almost 99% sure that it is not something Killermover said/typed. I found another archived reference to that same quote on twitter (but it can no longer be found). More reasons to believe killermover never said that.

I have a problem with people who steal material and don't give credit when it is due. Mostly because I am "mad bro" about a couple of past experiences...but also because it is a very sh*tty thing to do.

What about 3rd Raikage, he fighted against a Bijuu (that is mostly a suicide) and finshed in a tie, I think thats POWER.
