Reading that has actually reinforced my believe (and others too) that Fox just wanted to pull a fantastic four movie out their ass ass fast as possible just to keep the rights from going back to marvel.

They're giving it another shot to see if they can make money out of it. If this one flops the rights will go back to Marvel.

But I don't see that happening given the big names involved.

Remember your GA won't care if it's true to the comics or not, only if it's an entertaining movie to them.
