well, he had to lose, but what i meant was that killawog was able to make a small star with his ring with ease, and that's what they needed to defeat parallax. unless im missing something i see no real reason why killawog, and other lanterns he's trained couldn't simply go out to parallax and take him out.
but then they wouldn't have had that cool scene where Hal created the jets. kinda

Honestly, all things considered, DC should spearhead with a Wonder Woman movie, but it's clear they don't even know how to present her to the masses. A look at the failed abortion of a live action series should show you just what kind of Diana execs want to see in live action.

I mean, I really don't see why Wonder Woman is like this impossible challenge to take on according to some writers. Hell, just adapt the storyline from her animated DC dvd and it would be awesome.

I agree with everything in this post. I think there are two reasons why we haven't seen a WW film yet. 1. DC doesn't know what to do with her and 2. They don't want to make another female lead super hero movie after the disaster that was Catwoman. It's really simple though. Write a great story and cast good actors and people will go to see it. It's never going to make Avengers/Dark Knight kind of money, but it would be a success.

I think the animated DVD is a great jumping off point and should serve as the basis for the storyline. They could cast a bunch of great actors to play the gods to bring in the star power (Cate Blanchett as Athena!) My pick for Diana would be Bridget Regan. Whoever they go with, she'll have to train her butt off.

Black Panther would make an awesom movie because of all he has to do to not only become king, but what he does to keep being king and keep his kingdom safe.

For Wonder Woman i think they'd have to go with an unknown and spend time training her for the part; because off the top of my head, i can't really think of an actress who fits the role. Being faithful to the character means you need a woman who is tall, beautiful and athletic who know martial arts. lol good luck.

i thought theres a WW movie comin?.. i saw in some hollywood news that someone is playing WW?.. but not sure if its true 😛

FLASH and Black Panther/Luke cage

Strongly disagree

Aquaman is a pretty obscure character compared to Ironman.

Ironman if fairly well known even among non comic book fans .

Yeah. Unfortunately, minus a few slight tweaks, Depp is pretty much the same character in every movie. Cage seems to just sleepwalk through his roles nowadays and Robert Downey Jr is already locked in as Iron man. Those are the only three guys that I can think of that could pull the role off.

I'd love to see Pierce Bronson as Dr. Strange, he could do the character justice .

Chiwetel Ejiofor as the Black Panther

and with the new direction the Aquaman book are going , he can easily be made into a successful movie . with Daniel Craig as the lead character

No.
Well you're wrong, stupid!

I think Michael Jai White should be Luke Cage. I know he was Spawn and in the Dark Knight, but that was long enough ago to not matter, and seeing how Evans switched from Torch to Cap it shouldn't be an issue.

what about idris elba...he seems more fit for a kingly role, and more cerebral than white

Aquaman is more recognisable than Iron Man imo, or at least he was before the movies. Even nowadays, you can say the word "Aquaman" to non comic readers and they'll know who you're talking about.

Honestly, I don't think Craig has the required range tbh.

I'd like to see that dude from the Old Spice commercials, Isaiah Mustafa get the role. I'm one of those people who wants the actor to be as close as possible to the character in terms of physical traits... Michael Jai White is barely 6 feet tall.

What do you mean required range?

He is one of the better actors in Hollywood.

Pr doesn't think Daniel's trident is big enough.

Can dude act? Those commercials, while funny, don't make me think he'd be a good Cage. I'd put White and Crews ahead of him personally.

He was in Chuck.

Pretty mediocre, but it wasn't a big role.

That's a legitimate concern; everything I've seen him in has been comedic. He was in a Tyler Perry movie, but since i refuse support coonery, i have no idea how well he performed in it, or if it was even a dramatic role.
