Del Toror is the right director for this, that's for sure. I'm really interested on who the mysterious writer really is. It better be good, because you have many mystical type of characters in there.

I trust Del Toro. I just hope it's as good as it can be, is all.

Just because they are obscure, not well known, doesn't mean it won't be good or won't work. Most characters that are released in film aren't well known.

The only problem I see is if Del Toro will actually complete the project.

Plus, who said it's going to be in all in one movie? It could be spread out as a trilogy.

Not to date. Making a film with a lot of magical characters using their powers, it won't be a conventional punch up.

Well, supposedly the movie will follow a Murder of Crows, which would be perfect for Del Toro. It's not straight up action like Avengers, anyway.

Yeah I mean look what happened with Watchmen. It was a great film but wasn't a big financial hit.

Yeah there's rumours that the dark film will be partially adapting America Gothic from Swamp Thing, which has potential but there's a lot of stuff to introduce in a small time if that's true...

At least we'll get a proper Constantine

Del Toro made Blade 2. He can handle supernatural action just fine.

I'd rather forget Blade 2. 😛

Hellboy movies were really good, though. Especially #2.
