Aquaman is climbing the list, especially seeing as Wally West is absent as ... and Hal Jordan isn't someone i've been keeping up on as much.
Ah, should have said something ...
You won't believe it, but I'd included that scan of Starbreaker's partially as a gift to you, or, at least, thinking "P.R. will LOVE this scene, Superman fan or no" ...

Sadly, though it made for a great moment for Paladin, Starbreaker met a still more ingnominious end ...

I used to hate Iron Man. For the most part, I still do, at least the comic book portrayal. I all but fell in love with the movie version, however. Robert Downey Jr. did such a great job in that first film that I practically ran to see his first Sherlock Holmes film and found myself duly impressed with that one as well.
I've not quite found anything that can QUITE reconcile me to Aquaman yet, but, after his first reboot issue, I am POSSIBLY open to being converted.
For I cannot easily recall any scene that demonstrated a hero seeking to help others in PRACTICAL long-lasting terms in a way that resonates with the average person better than the following:

Quiet, practical heroism.
Aquaman's Scholarship.

you should read the Peter David run; took the character from what it was and made it what it is.

I understand you rep Aquaman but you present yourself as a hardcore Superman fan than a Aquaman fan imo.
I like Superman more than Aquaman yes.
