Neither were at WBH levels. In the scan you quoted, energy isn't coming off anywhere else on his body once he starts walking. Both were done by Pelletier, seemed more like his way of showing a significant impact than anything else.

I never said he could beat Galactus, Pak did so his intentions for WBH is unknown imo. I would never write Hulk beating people like Galactus or Odin...it wouldn't even be a fight imo but that doesn't mean Pak thought otherwise.

I don't think Hulk could beat Zeus or Odin or Galactus so I don't know why you continue with these post. What I am telling you though is, we don't know PAKS intentions since he did state that WBH could give Galactus a fight (even though i disagee).
