His best work is probably MI:13 or the Black Widow mini he did. His Action Comics run was good but he has been languishing in DC since the reboot on ancillary titles like Demon Knights and Stormwatch that no one cares about.

I'm excited. Sounds like he has a good direction and idea for what he wants to accomplish on the book.

Thing is, I really like Mark Waid's writing.

I will say that those feats, while decent, aren't even close to Paklevel. I'm still kinda surprised the Gamma Nation went nuts with it.

You're right, The Pak Equation was crazy.

Dunno about Waid, his Daredevil was too light-hearted for me...

I thought his Daredevil was a nice change in pace from the constantly dark and brooding Daredevil we've seen for years on end. Plus there was this.

Kinda makes me want a "I'm not Daredevil" sig/avi set.

Invincible Hulk was pretty enjoyable, I was pleasantly surprised. And tbh, none of it came off like fan service; I wasn't really sure why everyone went nuts, it was just a standard Hulk showing really. But yeah, it seems like it's got some promise.

Haven't checked out Cap yet, was gonna catch up on the last of Brubakers run before I moved on.

I liked it. *shrug* Call me naive or what not but I enjoyed seeing the young xmen out there again.

I didn't say it was bad. It was decent. Just not going to pretend it was "awesome" etc.

oh no of course not. I could still feel the Bendis dialogue. Even if it was minor this time.

I'm beginning to think the only reason I've liked it at all is because they've had so little of the older Cyclops in it.

Despite the X-derp books put out lately, Rogue has been kind of awesome. Even in the awful AvX books I enjoyed it when shit hit the fan and she attacked the Avenger's. This week? Taking advantage of her captors complacency while completely immobilized and escaping was really cool. Reminded me of Elektra spitting her tooth at Paladin while similarly bound.

Just saw this cover for Superior Spider-man #6, and it might just be me but does it look like this new Spidey has claws to anyone else? Look at his right hand and all his digits end with spikes.
