Just saw this cover for Superior Spider-man #6, and it might just be me but does it look like this new Spidey has claws to anyone else? Look at his right hand and all his digits end with spikes.

Just adds more questions about who will replace Peter...

I would've said it was unintentional but they're pretty obvious on all 5 fingers...

The claws initially made people think it was actually Miguel O'Hara (Spidey 2099) but its been confirmed that it's not him.

Humanized Doppelganger perhaps?

Just guessing.

lol I hope its Doc Ock.

Yes, so do I 😄

Remember the Spider-Ock from TAS? Unfortunately wearing the harness would give himself away...

Pete wore arms briefly in comics, too, but I don't know the story.

So, caught up on Marvel NOW titles.

Uncanny Avengers is great. Awesome cast of characters and the new (old technically, but whatevs) Red Skull is a great foil for the team. Second issue was awesome. Also really liked the second issue for Thor: God of Thunder and apparently Aaron is going to give us Mangog in the future, so big hopes there. Captain America was also pretty cool; way different theme than Brubaker's espionage take, but nice opening. Iron Man was...eh. May drop it after the first arc, but I do like Gillen's work. FF #1 was decent; Fraction's def done his homework when it comes to following Hickman's run.

Heh, knew it was only a matter of time before Panther joined the Illuminati.

He already was part of it in the Marvel Ultimate Alliance universe.

Lets see what they can screw up this time.

😂 😂 😂

T'Challa was initially opposed to being in that group to begin with, but given his personality and the like, he's an infinitely far better choice than Captain America.

Here's a trailer for the Hickman Avengers book

Somehow I knew that once grown up Cyclops showed up, I'd stop liking ANXM.

I was right for the most part.

Well, Avengers was solid, but nothing too mind blowing. I found it funny that Cap wants to gather some mighty Avengers, so he recruits Falcon/Cannonball. LOL! I think this is going to be the best Avengers title, IMO.

7.5/10 for me.

Punisher was solid, I thought.

Avengers was okay.

I liked Hickman's Avengers. I do think that for a first issue book, Uncanny Avengers was better, but I think Hickman's layered story telling will pan out to be better and bigger in scope.

Letting Captain America go and return to Earth, was by far, the dumbest thing any villain could ever do, though.

Maybe its part of that villains plan?

It was so Cap could return to Earth and tell them how their mightiest heroes failed aka appeasing the villain's ego.

Obviously, it's going to wind up biting them in the ass when God Cap returns with reinforcements.
