Again, did you not watch The Avengers? Bauer wouldn't have lasted 5 seconds against Evil Hawkeye and not 3 second during the Chitauri invasion.

On which Day? I've seen every episode of Day 6 and not once did they say he died any time during his 20 months with the Chinese. Matter of fact, he withstood it all out of sheer willpower
