Who's faster? Superman or the Flash?

Wait for it....

The version of Superman I'm talking about is OWAW Sundipped Superman. Is he faster than:

1) Pre Reboot Barry

2) Pre Reboot Wally

3) DCnU Flash

Combat speed and running speed.

Ambient MAJIN_OVERLORD

No one is faster than Flash.. Period

In theory I could see a long sundip increasing Superman's speed well beyond the Flash, since he is already close.

In theory With the flashes precise control of the speedforce can make a long sundipped Supes moving at x slugs speed, in theory that is.

sundipped superman should be faster.

also in terms of running at super speed, doesn't that translate to combat speed? I mean, if he's faster in one, why wouldn't he be faster in the other?

Anyways at first I hadn't read the Op. Now that I know its a sun dipped sups....I still say flash. Just not in all 3.

Superman cutting loose has said Wally isn't fast enough to do anything to him. Fast enough to see it coming, but not fast enough to do anything.

Superman getting annoyed, casually backhanded Professor Zoom in the Time Masters mini. With Prof Zoom then immediately declaring Supes' speed as on par with his own. He then continued to match Zoom in that issue speed wise.

Its neither. Superman is just that fast. He also has femtosecond level reaction speed.
