Its neither. Superman is just that fast. He also has femtosecond level reaction speed.
Scans? Because I am interested to know why people would think superman is this fast.
ooh and btw

^That was when barry was black flash. Kal caught barry speeding in superman 709. What happened still happened and "could've", "would've" are meaningless. Barring some very high end portrayls superman is just under the flash's speed.

Never said that.
Good.

He doesn't have to be faster than Wally running wise to be too fast for Wally too fight him up close when he's serious.Barry is the best however.
You honestly think Superman's dynamic reflexes are faster than Wally's?

Hey man, Superman said so directly himself in comparison to Wally while he was fighting him and rest of the league, and this was well into Pre-Reboot. The way he talked of it, it was like comparing an average man to a Pacquiao or Mayweather in motor reflex, upper limb speed. "Fast enough to see it coming, not fast enough to do anything about it"
Superman is literally more powerful the most of the league combined. Wally included.
And he matched Professor Zoom in speed, he casually matched Barry in his perception speed in the Grounded Arc--same arc where Barry tells us he can see within Attoseconds or less.

ooh and btwHe was specifically under lightspeed. Not sure what is so special about it outside of calculations.😛

And what do we do about all of Wally's reflex feats, then?

yea on panel it says that but it would be far beyond light speed to do that.
Berry also has Femtosecond speed.
(would have responded earlier but Im making a new sig. Trying to make it pop out and animated.)

You are lying again.

Why do we have to do anything?
He has his feats, and so do Superman, which are arguably just as good if not better.
Evacuating a city in 1000th of a microsecond, for instance, is probably at best as good as rebuilding a New York sized city like Metropolis within a few seconds--and Clark did that completely casually by the way.
