Blob doesn't have Superman's speed.

And the gap between Superman and Flash is about a million times smaller than the gap between Superman and Blob, tbh.

Agreed I only used blob because he was brought up but supes hitting flash has context and shouldn't be taken that there in any shape equals in the speed department. That all I wanted to say

And if it shows, at the very least, that Superman is faster than the Blob - then its a speed feat. Ok, maybe the Blob was an extreme example (maybe??) - let's replace him with Batman. Could Batman tap the Flash with a finger after having attempted to punch him?

It shows that Flash and Superman are at least in the same tier, whereas the previous panels (where the Flash was pretty much toying with Superman) shows that he is in the upper levels of that tier.
