Human level. He is at the upper levels of humanly possible speed, and you're...average. Flash is at the upper levels of herald speed, and Superman is average. But, crucially, the fact that you could surprise the sprinter, and Supes could surprise Flash, is proof that you are similar in speed, tier wise.
Now, replace yourself with a sloth. Can the sloth surprise the sprinter? Maybe if he got up and talked, but otherwise, they aren't the same tier wise. The sloth could however surprise a faster sloth..

I don't think so, now, if the All Mothers commanded them to, they prob would, under the terms of the new alliance in Asgard. I would comfortably put Tony above DCnU Batman, and AFAIK, he has no dealings with Kryp tech -prob wrong, though. And tbh, I'm not sure what Kryp tech Superman could bring that would trump Asgardian-tech melds.
