So yeah.

I trust that he stopped a car. But just saying that can mean "the car was speeding at 150mph and Russell, with a mere flick of his wrist, knocked the car away" or this "the car was casually moving at 30mph, sees Russell and hits the brakes 10 meters away, Russell uses his full strength to bring the braking car to a halt".So yeah.

An apology would mean that something I said was wrong, but since I haven't even given an opinion yet, whats there to apologise for?But to note; to equal throwing 10 tons [like a small Goron] the car would need to weigh 2 tons and me moving at 100mph.
I've tried to find the car feat on youtube but I'm having trouble. If it helps anyone, it's in Season 3, Episode 11. Title is "Fresh Blood."
Best I can find is this:

A human body can move and in video games not everything has to add up to reality either. Getting hit by one axe doesn't mean all axe blows can't hurt him. If you feel so let him just keep hitting you and see if you die or not.Russell easily stopped a speeding car. He flicks Link's head off.
Yeah, hence why Link is superhylian. Taking the cannons and axe blow does mean they won't hurt him much, if at all. Do you realize there's a difference between gameplay and story?
Russell stopped a car. That feat isn't enough to hurt Link very much, and Russell still dies as soon as the Master Sword is unsheathed.
...Fine. Fine, Ill rush-scan the episode for it >__>

When balled up a rock a head taller than Link would weigh give or take 10 tons.

The car isn't going very fast, it might have ground to halt in fact, but Russel tilted the car off the ground with one hand, so there's still that.
My hero. Righty-o lets take a gander at this...
...annnnd that wasn't speeding at all. She's going at 30+mph (not good with car speed visuals) and hits the brakes for almost 3 seconds (cars decelerate at 15ft/s per second, so a drop in <45ft/s or less just under 30mph). So when this 1 ton car comes into contact with Russ, its moving at about 5mph that Russ had to match.
The force comes out as 5 times stronger than a normal strong punch, so 2.5 times a peak humans punch.
[A feat like this is physically impossible, so doing more than this is tricky]
Any complaints can be redirected to the fact that there wasn't even a dent in the car left after this.
