Awesome episode. Problem now is I can't wait for the Flash series!

I wonder how Roy will treat his new superpowers, or what superhero/villain he could be.
Well he's supposed to be "Comic book spoiler ahead"-
Spoiler:
Red Arrow- Green Arrow's non super powered sidekick. That's why he's always wearing red.

Yeah but might not be a permanent change.

I hear the old Flash series was good.
I used to love that show. Was a real shame it was cancelled after like 1 season.
But this new Flash will be completely different. You can tell just by seeing how different the new Barry Allen is.

its ok. If you don't mind a ton of changes to the character then you won't mind it. They gave him the early 80's "wally weakness" where he has to eat a ton to compensate for his metabolism or he'll black out. Also Tina McGee (a friend of Wally's from the 80's) is one of the main characters. Iris and Barry break up. Jay was Barry's older brother....ect
The effects for his superspeed wasn't all that bad for back then either. Some of it looked like they just "fast forwarded" the scene but it worked.
This version of Laurel is pathetic. If they had a better actress to play her, maybe the way they're taking the character would be a bad thing. But with Katie Cassidy's sub-par acting ability, I'm am in NO way invested in her character the way I am with almost everyone else.
With that being said, this episode was great. Even the Laurel storyline was good. This season gets better and better.
On a different note; the guy they have playing Roy ALWAYS plays a very tragic character. He was in the first two seasons of Teen Wolf and he played a tragic character over there. You can't help but feel pity and sadness for him.
