All Sony needs to do is price the PS4 at $450. Wouldn't be surprised if they did so.

Yeah, I doubt they readjusted the price to $400 just to spite Microsoft. They probably just realized from their failed PS3 launch that super expensive consoles don't sell.

That is exactly it. They made sure they didn't have to spend much making the PS this time around. They aimed for an affordable price from the get go.

Ps4 gutted Xbox one. They have Xopbox on their heels right out of the gate.

A good comparison, with no obvious bias for/against.

It also incorrectly states that Diablo III is Sony exclusive. Otherwise, it's accurate as far as I know.

Except Sony has not revealed 3 different versions. All we have now is 399 with 500 HDD. Which is awesome

The prices are all for the basic console not different versions of it. It's just the prices in different countries.

I know a lot of you hope Nintendo goes third-party, but I don't see it happening.

Eventually they will be.

Seriously **** off Microsoft. You aren't even pretending that you give a shit about people who don't bother connecting the internet to their consoles.

"The 360 isn't going anywhere" indeed.

Its going $549 here...not to bad for our dollars.

I wish they would Microsoft would release a detailed statement on DRM because this right here looks very promising if true.

"For families who game, there's even better news: up to ten Xbox Live accounts can be tied together as belonging to family members, and all installed games will be accessible to all family members regardless of location. It even seems possible for two or more family members to be playing the same game at the same time on different consoles - despite buying just one copy of the title."

This would be great for people putting money in one purchase for all.

It needs to be clarified, because if so, what's to stop a bunch of friend linking accounts as family and all chipping in it to buy a new game, it'd be like 6$ for a new game....

but knowing M$, that won't be the case...

how are they gonna verify next of kin? submitting blood samples? in-laws are screwed?

if they leave it at linking whoever and whenever than that would be game sharing and looks far more enticing...

... see the problems that this kind of DRM brings...

I really don't see anyway that Microsoft can tell family from friend. They said family but im sure they knew friends were gonna do it. and its Microsoft that is allowing up to 10 people to share like this. That would have to be one big family of gamers.

I'm confident M$ can find a way 31

Its going to be great and I will definitely get a One if it turns out to be true.

Am sure it won't. If I happen to know someone IRL at some places I go to that's still gonna get a One, maybe I'll get the chance to play the new Killer Instinct some then. Other than that, phuck Microsoft.
