It's not clear whether imported consoles will work or will they lock-out IPs to not let access to Live

I don't think it means locking out IPs, that would be really stupid of them, but some are saying this could be the case do to not having/not enough servers for everyone else.

I'm just going to guess that everyone rooting for Sony has forgotten the $300 paper-weight that is the PSVita. Not saying its a bad thing but I just find it funny.

Not really rooting for Sony as much as I'm stark raving mad at MS.

I couldn't care less about the Vita. I knew it was going to be crap. Although the hardware/software itself is solid.

The funny thing is, I buy just about every system that goes out that catches my fancy. I'm not picky, from the current gen, I have a Wii, Wii U, PSVita, PSP, PS3, Xbox360 as well as an annually optimized PC. I make good money so I can just buy these things the moment I feel like it or I see an exclusive I like (bought an Xbox just so I can play Halo).

But the thing is, I value my privacy a lot and my gf even more so. The minute we heard "always on camera/mic, but you can turn it off... mostly... trusssstt uszzzz!", my gf said: "there is absolutely no way that thing is entering our living room".

So, even if I wanted to, I can't get an XBOne. Not about to trade my RLBone with an XBone, no sir-reee.

That and their snide, cocky and highly corporate #dealwithit attitude makes me think that: the more support they get, the more draconian their policiies become. So, yeah, I am PISSED at MS.

i've been supporting them for a decade now, and this is how they treat their fans?

After having begun reviewing the E3 information (a bit behind the rest of you) I can declare that all of the companies underperformed, and I am really not that interested in any of the consoles. Certainly the PS4 looks good, but that is just because the XboxOne is soo horrible in comparison. On its own, the PS4 doesn't seem like a must buy for me.

Here's hoping they keep supporting the PS3 and X360 in the years to come at least.
