Forza 5 is getting a new track and it's free. Granted its a track that was on previous games (Road America) but it's still pretty cool. I wonder if the backlash of the lack of tracks made this free.
Still, it's nice to see a new track. As well, they are including new career/Rival events to go with the new track....that's pretty damn cool considering I pretty much spend my time playing SP.

Also, "“In one six-month period in 2008 alone, the agency collected webcam imagery – including substantial quantities of sexually explicit communications – from more than 1.8 million Yahoo user accounts globally.
“Yahoo reacted furiously to the webcam interception when approached by the Guardian. The company denied any prior knowledge of the program, accusing the agencies of "a whole new level of violation of our users' privacy".”
This isn't console specific. If you have Playstation Eye and you webcam with it then they can hack it too because they are getting the data packets from the Internet.

in addition to what Smasandian said the terms and agreement for the PS4 specifically states that if their PS Eye catches any criminal activity it can and will turn that over to the authorities. So while people might be worried about the Kinect possibly spying on them the PS Eye requires you to agree to it..
