Superman would react to an attack AFTER it happens. Spidey will react before it happens. Superman manages to dodge and Spidey doesn't. Superman is faster in movement speed although Spidey acted first.

Note: If Spidey moves a nanometer in response to an attack it still means he reacted first. Speed of movement is irrelevant.

Your fallacy is thinking that Spidey Sense goes off only when a character decides to attack (intentions) when it as been proven that his SS can go off before the intentions are there.

At best the SS gives a few second warning of the future. Intentions are irrelevant in some showings.

Even if he does register that his spider-sense is going off, and he perceives an imminent attack... there won't be enough time for him to do anything about it. Superman is too fast. His spider-sense doesn't scale up to allow him enough time to react to Superman. He gets the same warning about an attack from Superman as he would from a random thug... and the plain and simple fact of the matter than everyone (aside from you of course) has accepted, is that that split second warning isn't enough. Superman's mind works just as fast as the rest of his body, by the time Parker's spider-sense has gone off... Superman would have already finished attack him.

What is so difficult to understand that, at his best, the spider-sense warns Spider-Man a split second before the actual attack so he can still dodge or avoid the attack ?

It doesn't matter whether the danger comes from a bullet, a laser, a missile, Mjolnir or Superman, the spider-sense warns him in advance, end of story.

I admit it doesn't always work that way, sometimes the spider-sense is not fast enough, but forum rules dictate that we use characters at their best.
