Mind you, it's not just the X-Wing games; Rogue Leader on the Gamecube was an excellent development of the actual action parts, and didn't descend into the ridiculous warhead abuse the X-Wing series got into where advanced missiles were more dangerous than a dozen enemies with guns (and also the guns fired too slowly).

Combine the best of both and update and we're sorted.

I see Luke as being the 70 year old if it's post rotj.

Yeah in fact I'm betting the only reason Luke & Co. will be in their 60/70's is because that's how old Hamill and Co are.

If they were being recast they'd probably be a bit younger than that.
