I believe it was ray who said he can keep up with flash. Have to re read vol 1 of ff.
That's a pretty bold claim by him. For that to be valid (Flash level speed) I'm going to need to see some hard evidence. Evidence that includes reaction and perception details. I only say that because of what Flash level speed encompasses. If it were anyone else I prolly wouldn't ask for such stringent evidence.
As it stands right now ftl speed is nothing troublesome for Rider.

Not any real feats, it was stan who claimed this when he was racing around the world at ftl speeds. He was kinda arrogant too, so... Either way im no too sure who wins this. O say toss up.

Unless we're talking Flashes here no one's speed is a problem for Nova. Even the new guy sees things in slow motion while covering parsecs in minutes.
Yep. We get to see a pretty descriptive explanation of how Novas perceive their surroundings when going ftl. The helmet feeds their brain information forcing the wearer to multitask. He goes on to explain how the mind slows down so he can react to dodge asteroids and such then speeds up so "seconds in between don't drag like years." Something about one brain separated by two rates of velocity. The Nova force pretty much enables them to process information in such a way so they can react accordingly when going ftl and so they won't lose their minds.
