You don't even have to go through her titles. Just pick up a JLA volume or two, you should come up with enough to satisfy and sway most. There are sometimes where it's been uber though, most notably I think during Waid's run, some people just act like it's the norm.
it's def pis--sy, but using it's best showings, i still think it could get the job done here for a couple of wins. i don't see the team having much chance otherwise.
and was bizarro breaking the rope canon? can never recall if trinity is considered canon in the forum....

Abi said it was canon like yesterday. That's why I brought it up really. I care not to look into it though.
what i'm thinking of is them working together to do something like this:

pretty sure at some point sbp couldn't break it, so i def don't see thanos breaking it. i get they aren't putting him down via accumulated damage (the tiara could do some harm though) but i can see them incapacitating him for maybe a couple out of 10. take the lasso away and i don't see this group putting him down even once tbh.

somewhere but no idea where. that's from a respect thread that i used once for some debate or other. why, what am i forgetting? more importantly, even without context, it's more the being able to work together to pull that off than it is about that actual scan. my point was if they could get him in that position (and with their speed i don't think it's impossible) thanos could be f'd.....

again, my point: IF they could bind him completely, i don't really see him getting out of it. it's a long shot, and wouldn't happen often, but i don't think it totally impossible. shrug

It was broken in JLA somewhere in the 50's I believe. It was a Shaman like character, Zauriel was a key character in the storyline. I don't know if Waid was the writer.
